What makes Crockett & Jones shoes unique?
Each pair of Crockett & Jones shoes is handcrafted in Northampton, England, using a traditional Goodyear Welted construction process that involves over 200 individual operations and takes up to eight weeks to complete.
How do I determine my correct size and fit?
Our shoes are available in various 'Lasts' which determine the shape and fit. We offer standard E fittings and wide G fittings. Please refer to our comprehensive Fitting Guide for specific measurements across our Main Collection and Hand Grade ranges.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we provide worldwide shipping. Delivery times and costs vary by destination. All international orders are shipped via secure courier services to ensure your footwear arrives in perfect condition.
Can my Crockett & Jones shoes be repaired?
Absolutely. Because we use Goodyear Welted construction, our shoes are designed to be fully refurbished. We offer a full factory repair service where shoes are returned to our Northampton factory for a complete sole and heel replacement.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 28 days of purchase, provided the shoes are in unworn, pristine condition and in their original packaging. We recommend trying your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid marking the leather soles.
How should I care for my leather shoes?
To prolong the life of your shoes, we recommend using cedar wood shoe trees after every wear, applying high-quality wax polish regularly, and allowing at least 24 hours between wears to let the leather dry naturally.
