Crockett & Jones is committed to the highest standards of craftsmanship; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn items in their original condition within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure Original Condition

  Verify that your footwear is unworn, undamaged, and packed in its original green box with all protective tissue and accessories included.

• 2.
  Complete the Return Form

  Fill out the returns documentation included in your original shipment, specifying the reason for return or your desired exchange size.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the shoe box inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit and attach the provided pre-paid return label to the exterior.

• 4.
  Dispatch and Tracking

  Drop off your package at an authorized courier location and retain your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
